Staging Spaces Design is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager in Mumbai to drive sales and grow the client base in the Commercial Turnkey Interior sector. You will lead opportunities from lead generation to onboarding, coordinating with interior designers and project managers to deliver tailored office space solutions.

You will analyze market trends, manage multiple projects, and provide forecasts to management.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate or Interior Fit-out (Office Spaces)
• Graduation or Master’s in Marketing or Real Estate
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets and trends
• Excellent communication skills for client acquisition and relationship-building
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting and relationship building with potential clients.
• Identify and pursue Corporate Fit-out for Office Spaces, Co-working (Office Spaces).
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients' needs.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Interior designers & Project Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction of clients.
• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to the sales management team.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and driving business growth through effective client acquisition and relationship management. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the Real Estate Corporate market and excellent leadership skills, negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients, landlords, and building managers.

What you will do:
