Responsibilities

• Achieve EMS revenue targets and build incremental pipeline (e.g., ₹150-200 Cr p.a. in 3 years).
• Acquire new OEMs/Tier-1s and design partners; expand customer base.
• Improve conversion rate of RFQ to PO and drive customer satisfaction (NPS).
• Introduce new technologies (controllers, sensor PCBs, EV electronics) with customers.
