Qualificações

• Growth-focused EMS sales experience with OEM/Tier-1 relationship development.
• Experience expanding customer base into electronics domains.
• Track record in achieving revenue targets via project conversions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve EMS revenue targets and build incremental pipeline (e.g., ₹150-200 Cr p.a. in 3 years).
• Acquire new OEMs/Tier-1s and design partners; expand customer base.
• Improve conversion rate of RFQ to PO and drive customer satisfaction (NPS).
• Introduce new technologies (controllers, sensor PCBs, EV electronics) with customers.

The incumbent will be responsible for driving growth in the EMS business by developing new OEM and Tier-1 relationships, expanding the customer base into electronics domains, and achieving revenue targets through project conversions, and customer satisfaction.

• EMS sales revenue target (e.g., ₹150-200 Cr p.a. incremental pipeline in 3 years).
• No. of new customers added (OEMs / Tier-1s / Design partners).
• Conversion rate of RFQ → PO.
• Customer satisfaction index (NPS)
• New technology introductions (controllers, sensor PCBs, EV-related electronics).
