• Collaborate closely with the sales team to create and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights for business growth.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our preform solutions and expand the company's presence.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the Packaging & Containers, Machinery, Chemical, Flavours & Fragrances, Food Ingredients industries or similar customer-based industries
• BE / B.Tech / B.Sc + MBA Preferred
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Understanding of packaging solutions, especially within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
