Job summary

Click N Grow Agroventures Pvt Ltd in India seeks a proactive professional to develop and onboard farmers for contract farming projects. You will conduct meetings, field visits, and business development activities to expand the farmer network.

The role requires technical guidance, data management, and daily MIS reporting, with extensive travel across India to support nationwide agricultural projects and partnerships.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Agriculture / Horticulture / Forestry (Mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and computer applications.
• Willing to travel extensively across India.

Responsibilities

• Develop and onboard farmers for contract farming projects.
• Conduct farmer meetings, field visits, and business development activities.
