This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Surat. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and manage a pipeline of prospects, and build strong relationships with OEMs and other target customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering sales presentations, coordinating with internal engineering and operations teams to develop proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts within established guidelines. The role also involves tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate CRM records, and collaborating with marketing to support campaigns, events, and customer outreach. The Business Development Manager will be expected to represent PCC professionally, gather customer feedback, and help shape growth strategies for the EMS business.
