Job summary

Lifecell in Mumbai is seeking a field-based oncology diagnostics specialist to engage oncologists and haematologists, detail tests for Rx in oncopath and oncogenomics, and drive territory growth.

You will develop rapport with KOLs, organize CME events with the marketing team, provide patient counselling coordination, and share ground insights with senior management.

Travel extensively and be prepared to launch a new division as needed; ready oncologist contacts are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in oncology diagnostics in leading companies.
• Should have handled territory independently and be ready to launch a new division.
• Must have ready-made oncologist contacts for Lifecell.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Detailing and promotion of tests for Rx in oncopath & oncogenomics.
• Develop rapport with leading oncologists/haematologists and meet monthly/yearly targets.
• Organize events/ CMEs / conferences with the marketing/GC/KAM teams and key speakers.
• Provide ground level insights on competition, pricing and market needs to senior management.
• Coordinate patient counselling and collection-related activities with clients.

To meet oncologists & haematologists in the assigned territories for scientific detailing & promotion of tests for Rx in both oncopath & Oncogenomics segment tests
To develop a rapport with the leading KOLs & generate business to meet monthly /yearly business targets assigned by the co
To help organize events/ CMEs /Conferences with help of marketing team /GC team/KAM etc with key speakers from the oncology domain
To service the oncologists related to report updates/ patient counselling coordination /collections from clients etc
To provide ground level insights to senior management/ reporting authority on competition activity / pricing/ new tests/ new market needs for early response

Candidate profile

should have at least 3 -5 yrs exp in oncology diagnostics industry in leading cos like Onquest/ Medgenome/Core /Dr Lal/SRL
Should have handled territory independently in past & ready to launch new division
Should have ready made Oncologist contacts who can be targeted to convert to Lifecell
Should be ready to travel extensively
