Job summary

Hindsky Innovations is seeking a Market Activator Trainer (MAT) to drive market activation at the district level across Rajasthan. The role demands field immersion, training Saheli teams, and liaising with NGOs, MFIs, and government bodies. A graduate with 2+ years in sub-urban/rural market development is preferred.

You must own a two-wheeler, be fluent in Hindi and local language, and possess strong interpersonal and digital skills to train and mobilize field teams.

ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a self-driven individual who is conversant with the Local geographies, Understands local Administrative structure Block to Gram Panchayat level, Self Help Groups, NGOs, MFIs, eMitras, Government institutions, Aganwadis, Has experience of experiential marketing
Understands local Culture, etiquettes specific to women and should train field staff and saheli. And preferable has experience in FMCG/ Telecom/Insurance/Fintech/Banking correspondents work.
