Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead field sales teams, manage branch operations, and Execute impactful marketing strategies to drive revenue and achieve enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Team and Branch Management:

• Lead and manage field sales teams of 15-25 members across 1-2 branches.
• Ensure that admissions targets for Orchids International Schools are met consistently.
• Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure adherence to processes.

Marketing and Business Development:

• Plan and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities, including events, campaigns, and tie-ups with preschools and tutors.
• Analyze market opportunities and develop actionable field marketing plans.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to enhance lead generation and brand visibility.
• Strategize and execute effective campaigns to meet revenue goals.

Operations and Reporting:

• Coordinate seamlessly with marketing and sales teams to align efforts and goals.
• Plan, organize, and host promotional events to increase awareness and engagement.
• Track, analyze, and present marketing performance and campaign results.
• Generate and share detailed marketing reports with actionable insights for improvement.
