Job summary

Shriram Life Insurance in Bengaluru seeks a senior professional to lead agency/channel sales, recruit and develop agents, and expand the distribution network.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in Agency/Channel Sales or Business Development.
• Experience in agent recruitment, development, and management.
• Candidates from Insurance, Distributor/Dealer Management, or Channel Sales can be considered.
• Strong sales, relationship management, and business development skills.
• Ability to build and manage a sales network and achieve targets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
