This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in the East Bengaluru Area. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities in the aerospace and defence sector, build and maintain relationships with OEMs and key stakeholders, and manage the end-to-end business development lifecycle. Responsibilities include prospecting, empanelment and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and quotations, leading commercial negotiations, and coordinating with internal design, manufacturing, and quality teams to align customer requirements with AMKA’s capabilities. The role involves market research, competitive analysis, sales forecasting, and participation in industry events and customer visits to expand the company’s market presence. The Business Development Manager will also track performance metrics, provide regular reports to leadership, and contribute to strategic planning and revenue growth initiatives.
