Qualifications

• 12+ years in business development/advisory/consulting within WASH
• Strong knowledge of government programs (JJM, AMRUT, SBM) and multilateral funding
• Proven expertise in opportunity identification, client engagement, and consulting sales
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Dynamic, proactive, and market-oriented with strong strategic thinking

Responsabilités

• Lead business development initiatives with Central/State Governments, PSUs, Multilateral Agencies, and Development Partners.
• Identify opportunities by tracking policies, funding programs, and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Drive proposal management, technical presentations, and client pitches with sector teams.
• Collaborate with the Sector Head on market strategies and growth plans.
• Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and client meetings.
• Develop thought leadership content (white papers, publications, market intelligence reports).
• Support strategic partnerships and consortiums for large consulting opportunities.
