Job summary

Statiq is expanding its EV charging network and seeks a focused professional to identify and onboard high-potential public sites for charger deployments. You will build strong relationships with property owners and operators, perform feasibility checks, and manage end-to-end site acquisition from sourcing to closure.

In this role, you will coordinate with Legal, Operations, and Technical teams to secure approvals and execute projects, ensuring timely closures and a robust, scalable charging

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in land acquisition, real estate, or site acquisition.
• Mandatory experience in the EV industry.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, RWAs, builders, and developers to secure sites.
• Conduct site feasibility assessments, evaluating accessibility and power availability.

• Maintain a pipeline of prospective sites and track acquisition progress.

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven professional to identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential public locations for EV charger deployment. This role focuses on sourcing strategic sites, engaging with property owners, commercial establishments, parking operators, malls, hotels, fuel stations, and other relevant stakeholders to drive end-to-end site acquisition for public charging projects. You will play a key role in expanding Statiq’s presence across urban and highway networks by securing strategically located sites and ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams for feasibility assessment, approvals, and execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, source, and onboard public sites suitable for EV charger installations.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, RWAs, builders, and developers to secure potential sites.
• Conduct site feasibility assessments, evaluating accessibility, power availability, and overall location viability.
• Manage the end-to-end site acquisition process, from initial sourcing and evaluation to negotiations and closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Legal, Operations, and Technical, to facilitate documentation, approvals, and project execution.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective sites and track acquisition progress to ensure timely closures.
• Negotiate commercial terms and finalize agreements with relevant stakeholders.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 3+ years of experience in land acquisition, real estate, or site acquisition.
• Mandatory experience in the EV industry.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in identifying and evaluating residential/commercial/public sites, conducting feasibility assessments, and managing end-to-end site acquisition.
