The Boston Institute of Analytics is looking for a business development executive | academic coordinator to support the admissions and academic counseling process at our Thane location.
In this role, you will work closely with academic counselors to manage prospective student inquiries, coordinate counseling sessions, maintain CRM records, and assist with pre-admissions activities. The position requires strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills to support students throughout the admissions journey.
Interact with prospective students and provide guidance regarding course options, prerequisites, and the application process.
Support counselors in preparing for counseling sessions by organizing required materials and student information.
Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and interactions in the CRM system.
Conduct structured follow-ups with prospective students and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Assist in organizing webinars, information sessions, and Q&A events for prospective students.
Collect feedback from prospective students and share insights with the admissions team to improve engagement strategies.
Support preparation of reports related to student inquiries, follow-up activities, and admissions metrics.
Work with a growing EdTech organization focused on career-oriented learning.
Gain exposure to admissions operations, student engagement, and EdTech business development.
Collaborate with a professional team supporting students and working professionals in their learning journeys.
