Job summary

Reddonatura in Bengaluru is seeking a Sales & Pre-Sales professional for Biogas/AD projects. You will understand waste characteristics, assess client requirements, and conduct initial surveys to prepare feasibility reports.

You will size biogas plants, perform HRT and feedstock/gas-yield calculations, and prepare process flow, BOQ, costing and proposals. You will estimate savings/ROI and assist order closure while coordinating with engineering, procurement and execution teams.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years relevant experience in biogas or related processes.
• Strong understanding of anaerobic digestion and plant sizing calculations.
• Experience with techno-commercial proposals and client interaction.

Role & responsibilities :

• Handle Sales & Pre-Sales for Biogas / Anaerobic Digestion projects.
• Understand waste/feedstock characteristics and client requirements.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare feasibility & assessment reports.
• Perform biogas plant sizing, digester sizing, HRT, feedstock and gas-yield calculations.
• Estimate biogas generation and its utilization for cooking, heating, power or Bio-CNG/CBG.
• Prepare process flow, equipment selection, BOQ, costing and technical-commercial proposals.
• Calculate project savings, ROI and payback.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and execution teams.
• Handle technical discussions and support sales through order closure.
• High Performance role with anAgressive Incentive structure and significant earning potential.

Candidate Profile :

• B.E./B.Tech Mechanical / Chemical / Environmental / Biotechnology / Renewable Energy.
• 3 to 6 years relevant experience.
• Candidates can be from Biogas, CBG/Bio-CNG, Waste-to-Energy, STP/ETP, Wastewater Treatment, Organic Waste Processing or related process industries.
• Must have good understanding of anaerobic digestion/process engineering and plant sizing calculations.
• Strong technical proposal preparation and client-facing skills.

Preferred:

Candidates with hands-on experience in sizing and preparing techno-commercial proposals for projects ranging from small commercial plants to large industrial biogas/CBG facilities.
