Job summary

Imitr Hr Consulting Services in Mumbai Suburban is seeking a proactive Student Recruitment Associate to qualify inbound student leads, counsel applicants, and coordinate with study abroad agents. You will onboard agents, manage course details, documentation, and maintain CRM records to hit conversion targets while working an early morning shift from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Graduate candidates with 1–3 years in student recruitment or agent coordination are invited to apply; strong English

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in student recruitment, lead conversion or agent coordination.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with a 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM early morning shift.
