Job summary

Muthoot Fincorp Limited is seeking a Branch Business Development Executive to drive growth at the Hindupur branch. You will focus on field marketing, lead generation, and converting prospects into customers, with daily outreach and sales calls to achieve targets.

The role requires graduates, strong communication, and a proactive, result-oriented approach. This is a probationary position with entitlements as per policy, reporting to Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Graduate (minimum) is required.
• Technical Certification: Basic Computer Knowledge and MS Office mandatory; MS Excel preferable.
• Skill Sets: Sales orientation, communication, outgoing, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Field Marketing to increase branch business.
• Generate leads on daily basis and convert to customers.
• Make sales calls and secure new business for GL and third-party products.
• Cross-sell and up-sell third party and group products to Gold Loan customers.
• Support branch operations in line with lending norms and integrity in transactions.

• 5 Areas of Responsibility : 1.Achieve Monthly Sales Target. 2.Cross selling and up selling of third Party and group products to Gold Loan customers. 3.Adhere to lending norms and maintain integrity in customer transactions. 4.Support the branch in interest collection. 5.Conduct branch catchment development activities and generate customer leads and converting them to NCA.
