You will engage practice managers and physicians, qualify prospects per ICP, and work night shifts to align with US timings while leveraging AI tools for research.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years' experience in US Healthcare RCM (AR Calling, Medical Billing, or Provider Services).
• Excellent spoken & written English.
• Strong telephone and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work night shift to align with US timings.
• Basic understanding of medical billing/RCM workflows.

Responsibilities

Role Summary

Generate qualified sales opportunities by reaching out to US healthcare providers via calls and email, and scheduling appointments for the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Cold call to healthcare providers in the US
• Engage Office/Practice Managers and Physicians to introduce our RCM services
• Qualify prospects against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Schedule appointments for the BD team
• Maintain CRM records and send follow-up emails
• Research prospects using online tools and AI assistants
• Meet daily/weekly calling and appointment targets

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years' experience in US Healthcare RCM (AR Calling, Medical Billing, or Provider Services)
• Excellent spoken & written English
• Strong telephone and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working as per US times (night shift in India)
• Basic understanding of medical billing/RCM workflows

Good to Have

• Experience in Healthcare BPO/KPO or lead generation
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
