Job summary

ALLEN Career Institute is seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive student acquisition and revenue across JEE, NEET, and Foundation programs. You will generate leads, convert inquiries, and counsel parents and students on ALLENs offerings and scholarship tests.

The role involves field outreach to schools and coaching hubs, along with meeting monthly sales targets. Flexibility to work weekends and local travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or related fields.
• 3–4 years of experience in sales, telesales, or business development (EdTech/Education sector preferred).
• Strong persuasive communication, consultative sales, negotiation, and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Conversion: follow up on inbound leads, conduct cold calls, and convert prospects into enrollments.
• Academic Counseling: guide parents and students regarding ALLENs courses, scholarships, and career pathways.
• Field & Institutional Outreach: visit local schools, coaching hubs, and events to build partnerships and info sessions.
• Revenue & Sales Targets: meet monthly/quarterly admission targets for classroom, hybrid, or online programs.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: maintain database records, track sales metrics, and schedule follow-ups in the CRM.

• Academic Counseling: Guide parents and students regarding ALLENs courses, pedagogy, scholarship tests (e.g., TALLENTEX), and career pathways.
• Field & Institutional Outreach: Visit local schools, coaching hubs, and educational events to build partnerships and organize info sessions.
• Revenue & Sales Targets: Meet individual and team monthly/quarterly admission targets for classroom, hybrid, or online programs.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate database records, track sales metrics, and schedule follow-ups in the company CRM.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or related fields.
• Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in sales, telesales, or business development (EdTech/Education sector preferred).
