Atica Global Inc. is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive outreach and establish relationships with prospective hotel partners across the U.S. The role focuses on strategic cold calling and email outreach, with a clear path into full-cycle business development.

You will work with a dynamic team in Pune, contributing to growth and revenue expansion. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in BD/sales, strong Gujarati language skills, and a hospitality-focused degree or experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in business development, sales, or related role.
• Fluent in Gujarati; speaking and understanding is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or hospitality industry experience is desired.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with persuasion ability.
• High motivation, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to identify and connect with potential clients in the hotel industry.


• Schedule pitches and meetings with prospects to discuss our services and solutions.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless communication process from initial contact to pitch.


• Assist in the preparation and presentation of proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the hotel industry.


• Fluent in Gujarati: Speaking and understanding is a must; being Gujarati is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to persuade and engage clients.
