The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the client base for PMC services across sectors such as commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, and infrastructure. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and securing projects through strategic planning and market engagement.
Identify and develop new business opportunities for PMC services across target sectors. Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping. Track upcoming projects, tenders, and key decision-makers in the construction and real estate sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and corporate clients. Lead client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions. Understand client requirements and align PMC offerings accordingly. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Lead the preparation of EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, and tender submissions.
Coordinate with technical, commercial, and legal teams for proposal development. Prepare commercial proposals, fee structures, and negotiation strategies.
Participate in contract negotiations and closure.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Build partnerships with key stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and government bodies. Strengthen brand visibility in the PMC and construction ecosystem.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools. Achieve assigned revenue targets and business growth objectives. Prepare periodic MIS reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Work closely with project delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new project. Align business development efforts with organizational goals and capabilities.
Strong understanding of the construction, real estate, and PMC industry. Proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to interpret technical project requirements and translate into business proposals.
Strong networking and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial acumen and contract understanding.
