Job summary

You will develop dashboards, track key financial metrics, and leverage GenAI tools to deliver insights and productivity improvements for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day account operations, governance, escalation handling, and cross-functional coordination.
• Own resource onboarding and workforce tracking from demand to deployment status.
• Track revenue, cost, margin, utilization, and forecasting vs. actuals.
• Develop dashboards, MIS, KPI scorecards and executive summaries for account leadership.
• Leverage GenAI/AI tools for data analysis, trend identification and automation.

Job Description – Account Operations & Business Management Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for an Account Operations & Business Management Lead with 6–8 years of experience in IT Services organizations to manage account-level operational activities, resource onboarding, financial tracking, governance, and management reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage AI tools for data analysis, automation, insights, and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day account operations, governance, action tracking, escalations, and coordination across Delivery, HR, Recruitment, Finance, and client teams.
• Own resource onboarding and workforce tracking covering demand, selection, joining, client onboarding, allocation, utilization, timesheets, roll-offs, replacements, and deployment status.
• Track key financial and commercial metrics including revenue, cost, margin, billability, utilization, non-billable/holding cost, forecast vs. actuals, PO consumption, and financial leakage.
• Develop management dashboards, MIS, KPI scorecards, financial/resource reports, variance analysis, and executive summaries for account leadership.
• Leverage GenAI/AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and similar platforms for data analysis, trend identification, report automation, management insights, and productivity improvement.
• Drive operational governance and continuous improvement, identifying process gaps, automating repetitive activities, maintaining RAID/action trackers, and supporting leadership decision-making.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidate should have 6–8 years of experience working with IT Services companies, preferably supporting large client accounts or managed services engagements. Strong exposure to account operations, resource management, financial metrics, PMO/governance, Excel/Power BI reporting, and senior stakeholder coordination is required. Experience using AI/GenAI tools to analyze operational data and automate management reporting will be strongly preferred.
