Job summary

Functional Role (Job Description)

The Commercial Project Support Analyst provides operational and administrative support to commercial projects, ensuring structured working routines, adherence to governance processes, and effective coordination with stakeholders. The role focuses on maintaining documentation standards, supporting process optimization, and enabling smooth execution of commercial activities.

Education Background

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Finance or a related field.
• A master’s degree such as an MBA or in Finance or any other related field is beneficial.

Work Experience

Typically requires 08-10 years relevant experience

Global experience of working with teams across Geographies will be given preference

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain organized, structured, and efficient working routines to support commercial projects.
• Demonstrate basic business and commercial understanding to effectively support project activities and decision-making.
• Support process governance, ensuring adherence to defined frameworks, policies, and controls, while identifying opportunities for local process optimization.
• Engage in proactive, clear, and direct communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, timely updates, and issue resolution.
• Prepare, maintain, and manage project and commercial documentation in line with defined documentation standards and compliance requirements.
• Support data collection, tracking, and reporting related to commercial and project activities.
• Utilize standard Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) effectively for documentation, reporting, analysis, and communication.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, action tracking, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
