We are seeking a Business Consultant – Services with strong experience in service‑based business operations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in project delivery, resource planning, service operations, customer lifecycle management, project billing, and operational process optimization.

We are looking for professionals with strong industry exposure and practical business process knowledge. Candidates should possess the ability to understand real‑world operational challenges, engage with stakeholders, and recommend scalable business solutions. Experience with ERP platforms is considered an added advantage; however, industry expertise and business consulting capability will be the primary selection criteria.

Industry expertise is mandatory. ERP implementation exposure is desirable but not mandatory.

Experience
