EXL is looking for a skilled business communication trainer in Pune to deliver effective training programs. The role requires designing curricula from audit observations and conducting TNAs while supporting email and chat projects. Retail experience and MS Office proficiency are advantageous.

The candidate should hold an A2 level profile, be open to rotational shifts and week offs, and comfortably adapt conversations to meet client-approved communication styles, including UK cultural nuances.

Formación

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a business communication trainer.
• Exposure to NPS / C-Sat; design training based on audit observations and conduct TNAs.
• Experience in retail is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• A2 level profile is required.
• Open to rotational shifts and WO (week offs).
• Ability to drive conversation as per client approved communication style.
• Able to bring agents up to speed on UK cultural nuances.
