Job summary

Oliva Skin & Hair Clinic seeks a dynamic Training Specialist to drive learning programs and career development across teams. You will design and deliver classroom and on-job training, including e-learning, to uplift staff performance and knowledge across clinics.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple training projects while coordinating with managers to map development paths.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in training, preferably in call center/sales environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to engage across all levels of the organization.
• Creative and proactive in resolving training needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute training calendars based on identified needs.

Job description

• To take up and drive to results, the calendar programs identified from TNA and to prepare the training calendar.
• Execute learning strategies and programs.
• Participate in evaluating individual and organizational development needs
• To coordinate in designing and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
• Coordinate with managers to develop their team members through career pathing
• Ultimately, you will help our company succeed by training and developing its people.
• Conduct both classroom and on-job training sessions both new and existing staff
• Responsible to conduct product/process and soft skills training
• Responsible to prepare, maintain and update the training materials on a regular basis
• Design, prepare and publish training related MIS as required
• Prepare presentations and publish/present as required
• Mentor and lead QA
