Flair Network Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Business Automation Executive – AI & ERP Integration to help build an AI-enabled and highly automated business environment.

The role involves identifying repetitive processes and implementing practical automation solutions using AI tools, ERP/CRM systems, automation platforms, APIs and business applications, with direct reporting to the Director on process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in business automation, ERP, IT operations or digital transformation.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Automate quotations, BOQs, vendor comparisons and purchase orders.
• Build AI-powered sales, MIS and reporting workflows.
• Integrate ERP, CRM, Excel, APIs and business applications.
• Build workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier or Power Automate.
• Identify repetitive processes and implement automation solutions.
• Train teams and ensure data accuracy, security and proper approvals.
• Work directly with the Director on business process improvement.

About the Role

Flair Network Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Automation Executive – AI & ERP Integration to help build an AI-enabled and highly automated business environment.

The candidate will work directly with the Director to identify repetitive processes and implement practical solutions using AI tools, ERP/CRM systems, automation platforms, APIs and business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate quotations, BOQs, vendor comparisons and purchase orders


• Build AI-powered sales, MIS and reporting workflows


• Integrate ERP, CRM, Excel, APIs and business applications


• Build workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier or Power Automate


• Identify repetitive processes and implement automation solutions


• Train teams and ensure data accuracy, security and proper approvals


• Work directly with the Director on business process improvement

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in business automation, ERP, IT operations or digital transformation


• Hands-on knowledge of ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools


• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and advanced Excel


• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, databases and system integrations


• Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate or similar platforms


• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred: Experience in IT infrastructure, networking, data centres, AV/ELV or technology-driven businesses. Basic programming or scripting knowledge is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a self-driven, hands-on professional who can understand business problems, design practical automation solutions and take ownership from planning through implementation.

This is not a basic data-entry or AI content-writing role.

Compensation

₹40,000 – ₹80,000 per month, depending on experience, technical capability and relevant skills.
