Job summary

Indo Global Esupport is seeking an AI Automation & Power Platform Developer to design and implement AI-powered workflows and agents. You will build automation using n8n, Microsoft Power Automate, and Power Apps, and integrate AI solutions with CRM, databases, and SaaS platforms to streamline processes.

You will troubleshoot, test, deploy, and monitor automation solutions while collaborating with business teams to convert requirements into scalable automation.

About the Role:

We are looking for an AI Automation & Power Platform Developer who can build intelligent workflows, AI-powered agents, and business automation solutions.

You will work on AI Agents, n8n, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, APIs, RPA, and business application integrations to automate processes, reduce manual effort, and improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-powered workflows and AI Agents for business processes.
• Build automation using n8n, Microsoft Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Integrate AI solutions with CRM, databases, SaaS platforms, and internal applications.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and third-party APIs.
• Automate repetitive processes, approvals, notifications, data processing, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and intelligent automation across business functions.
• Troubleshoot, test, deploy, monitor, and improve automation solutions.
• Work with business teams to understand requirements and convert them into scalable solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, workflows, and SOPs.
