Requirements

• Life Cycle Initiatives: Lead key lifecycle activities such as VOP, VOC for the new city. Collaborate cross-functionally to align on insights and drive city-specific improvements.
• Risk Management: Address partner and customer concerns efficiently by resolving issues related to SLA, cancellations, escalations, or fulfillment gaps, ensuring smooth operations from Day 0.
• Team Management: Build and manage a high-performing city launch team, ensuring clarity of targets & KRAs. Monitor team efficiency, service levels, and city performance metrics, implementing improvements proactively.
• Process Improvement: Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures and policies to enable seamless new city operations. Identify operational bottlenecks early and implement scalable solutions.
• Retention: Drive partner and customer retention activities by validating partner engagement, monitoring zonal fulfillment, initiating feedback loops, and ensuring a reliable early experience.
• Market Intelligence: Continuously gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and ground-level trends to generate actionable inputs for city strategy and long-term sustainability.
• Candidates must be proficient in the local/regional language.
