Job summary

Porter is seeking a city launch professional to lead end-to-end operations for a new city rollout in India. You will oversee partner and customer lifecycle, drive city-specific improvements, and ensure on-ground execution from Day 0 through launch.

• Build and manage a city launch team with clear targets and KRAs.
• Establish SOPs and policies for seamless new city operations.
• Drive partner and customer retention via engagement and feedback loops.
• Gather market intelligence and trends to inform city strategy.
• Proficient in local/regional language.

Required Skills

Life Cycle Initiatives:

• Lead key lifecycle activities such as VOP, VOC for the new city. Collaborate cross-functionally to align on insights and drive city-specific improvements.

Risk Management:

• Address partner and customer concerns efficiently by resolving issues related to SLA, cancellations, escalations, or fulfillment gaps, ensuring smooth operations from Day 0.

Team Management:

• Build and manage a high-performing city launch team, ensuring clarity of targets & KRAs. Monitor team efficiency, service levels, and city performance metrics, implementing improvements proactively.

Market Intelligence:
