Job summary

Luxoft in Pune, India seeks a highly motivated Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer with strong ISO20022 and SWIFT experience to drive adoption and integration of ISO20022 changes. You will gather requirements, document BRD/SRS, create use cases and flow diagrams, and collaborate across global stakeholders.

Experience in credit lending or credit risk monitoring and Java-based technos functional skills are desirable. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• You have 7-8 years of professional experience in consulting or project environments with deep knowledge of SWIFT Network and ISO20022 changes.
• You have experience in credit lending or credit risk monitoring.
• Strong Risk Credit Monitoring with Techno-Functional skills in Java.
• You hold an IT-related degree as above.
• You have a proven track record in managing change, stakeholders, business demand, and requirements engineering.
• You can contribute to IT solution design and bridge between business and IT.
• You are ambitious, structured, and have excellent analytical skills.
• You are proactive and hands-on, comfortable managing change.
• You are an excellent communicator across all levels in English.
• You have any business analysis certifications or similar.

This role will be pivotal in supporting and driving the adoption and integration of ISO20022 changes within our application.

Responsibilities:

• Apply domain knowledge in the finance sector, preferably in the context of ISO20022.
• Drive functional requirements for strategic projects and collaborate with stakeholders globally.
• Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Define requirements and create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), system requirements specifications (SRS), use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify and articulate to-be requirements, particularly for ISO20022 messages and standards, into system requirements, understanding overall impact on upstream and downstream applications.
• Collaborate on proof-of-concepts, pilots, and minimum viable products with the tech team.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• You gained at least 7-8 years of professional experience in consulting or project environment, ideally with deep knowledge of SWIFT Network and market-driven initiatives like the ISO20022 change.
• Experience in credit lending / credit risk monitoring mandatory
• Strong Risk Credit Monitoring + Techno Functional - Java.
• You have a degree in IT equivalent to Computer Science, Information Systems / Engineering.
