Job summary
Elite eXceed is seeking an experienced Life Sciences Business Analyst with strong expertise in pharmaceutical product launches, launch readiness, market access and commercialization. The candidate will work with business and technology teams to translate domain requirements into functional requirements, process improvements and technology-enabled solutions.
Location: Chennai or Hyderabad. Must have 6+ years overall, including 4+ years in Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical domain, and experience
Qualifications
- Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical domain experience is mandatory.
- Pharmaceutical product launch and launch-readiness experience is mandatory.
- Market access, pricing, reimbursement, payer strategy and patient access are required.
- Understanding of the commercialization lifecycle from pre-launch to post-launch is required.
- Experience with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, HEOR, Pricing and Market Access teams is needed.
- Business requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management required.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements and user stories.
- Understanding of market-access data, KPIs, business processes and analytics is essential.
- Experience with Agile, transformation or technology-implementation projects is desirable.
