Job description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 4–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, and software delivery innovation. The ideal candidate will bring strong domain expertise across Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Travel, or Media, with expertise in at least two domains.

The role requires a consultative and customer-centric professional who can bridge the gap between business needs, technology solutions, and measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with delivery, solution, and customer-facing teams to define requirements, improve solution quality, identify transformation opportunities, and drive business value.

Demonstrate a consultative, analytical, proactive, and customer-centric mindset.

Ability to connect business problems, technology possibilities, and measurable customer outcomes. 4–6 years of experience with a strong track record in Business Analysis, Functional consulting (internal), and software delivery innovations.

Strong domain expertise in Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Travel, Media. 2 or more domain expertise is required.

Manufacturing domain experience preferred.

Partner with delivery and solution teams to understand business context, scope, processes, and customer objectives.

Translate business needs into high-quality functional requirements and solution outcomes.

Bring strong functional perspective, thought leadership, and domain best practices to improve solution quality.

Proactively challenge assumptions, identify gaps, and recommend better business/functional solutions.

Review existing solutions to identify opportunities for AI enablement, modernization, automation, and process improvement.

Identify adjacent opportunities that can create additional customer value and support account expansion.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and influencing skills.

Tamil and Hindi language proficiency preferred.
