Job summary

Central Business Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to drive Payments transformation initiatives across front-end customer journeys (App/Browser). You will gather requirements, write EPICs and user stories, conduct workshops, and support backlog grooming with stakeholders across geographies.

The role demands strong Payments domain knowledge, agile experience of 2+ years, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to analyze risk and support end-to-end delivery throughout

Qualifications

• Domain: Payments with strong customer journey exposure on mobile or browser.
• Exposure to Cross Border Payments, FX, Wallets, or ISO20022 across ≥2 geographies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Agile experience of 2+ years (Sprints or Scrum).
• Strong ability to write EPICs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding end-to-end delivery lifecycle and risk analysis.

; Required / Must-Have Skills

• ;Domain: Payments, Front End (App/Browser) strong customer journey exposure on Mobile or Browser
• ;Sub-domain exposure to at least one of: Cross Border Payments, FX engine, Wallets, Payment Operations, ISO20022, or Compliance Regulatory Payments (across more than 2 geographies)
• ;Excellent communication skills
• ;Agile exposure of at least 2 years or more not limited to Sprints and Scrum planning
• ;Strong at writing EPICs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria; running elaborate requirement workshops and backlog grooming
• ;Understanding of the end-to-end delivery lifecycle and the role of a BA at each stage, with a good command of risk issues analysis
