Job summary

Tech Mahindra Pune is seeking a Business Analyst with payments domain exposure in front-end app delivery across mobile and web platforms. The role focuses on cross-border payments, FX, wallets, and regulatory exposure across multiple geographies.

Strong communication and Agile experience are essential. You will write EPICS, user stories, acceptance criteria, and run requirement workshops, guiding backlog grooming and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Agile exposure (Scrum/kanban).
• Proficient in writing EPICS, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience leading requirement workshops and backlog grooming.
• Understanding end-to-end delivery lifecycle and BA role at each stage.
• Exposure to Cross Border Payments, FX, Wallets, ISO20022, Compliance domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements.
• Write clear epics, stories and acceptance criteria for delivery.
• Facilitate requirement workshops and manage backlog grooming.
• Analyse risks and issues across the delivery lifecycle.

• Domain: Payments, Front End (App/Browser)-Strong customer journey exposure on Mobile or Browser
  • Sub-domain: Cross Border Payments, FX engine, Wallets, Payment Operations, ISO20022, Compliance & Regulatory Payments exposure (More than 2 geographies)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Agile exposure (at least 2 years or more), not just limited to Sprints and Scrum planning
  • Pro at writing EPICS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Running elaborate Requirement workshops, Backlog grooming
  • Understand end to end delivery lifecycle and role of a BA at each lifecycle stage, command on risk & issues analysis
