Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a data-driven Business Analyst - Supply Chain to turn complex supply chain data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders to improve planning, procurement, inventory, and operations through analytics and reporting.

The role requires 6+ years in business analytics, strong Power BI skills, and experience with SAP and SQL. You’ll contribute to continuous improvement and scalable reporting in a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field and 6+ years of analytics or BI experience.
• Proficiency with Power BI, data modeling, and dashboard design.

You will work closely with stakeholders across functions to create scalable reporting solutions, enhance data quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives. What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data solutions, translating business requirements into actionable insights and technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, and reporting frameworks to support business decision-making.
• Analyze supply chain performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that improve planning, procurement, inventory, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity while delivering recurring and ad hoc reports that drive informed business decisions.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging analytics and emerging technologies to enhance reporting capabilities and business processes.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field, with 6+ years of relevant experience in business analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, including dashboard development, reporting, and data modeling.
• Experience working with SAP and supply chain business processes, along with knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Familiarity with data integration, cloud-based data solutions, and modern analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive mindset and passion for continuous learning.
