Danfoss is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and support scalable digital solutions that enhance customer experience and business performance. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver modern applications, AI-enabled tools, and cloud-based services.

• 6-10+ years of experience in full-stack software development and enterprise application delivery.
• Strong expertise in React, .NET Core, RESTful APIs, and modern software development practices.
• Experience working with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB/Cosmos DB, and API testing tools.
• Solid understanding of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, SonarQube, and Agile development methodologies.
• Experience developing cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, architecture standards, and best practices.

• Develop and document technical designs, APIs, and software solutions that support enterprise and customer-facing applications.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues while driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD processes, and quality assurance activities to ensure reliable and secure solutions.
• Support cloud-based application development and integration leveraging Azure services and modern DevOps practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members while promoting engineering excellence and knowledge sharing.

As a Senior Developer, Full Stack, you will play a key role in driving Danfoss\' digital transformation by designing, developing, and supporting scalable digital solutions that enhance customer experience and business performance. What We\’re Looking For

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.


• 6-10+ years of experience in full-stack software development and enterprise application delivery.


• Strong expertise in React, .NET Core, RESTful APIs, and modern software development practices.


• Experience working with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB/Cosmos DB, and API testing tools.


• Solid understanding of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, SonarQube, and Agile development methodologies.


• Experience developing cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure services.


• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working in global teams.


• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Pulumi.


• Exposure to Azure AI Services, Azure Databricks, and digital solution platforms.


• Knowledge of Python and Salesforce development.


• Experience with WPF, SQLite, and Microsoft Access databases.


• Exposure to customer-facing digital platforms, portals, or AI-driven solutions.


• Experience mentoring developers and contributing to technical best practices.
