Job summary
Pathfinder Business Analysis Private Limited is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for night-shift collaboration with US/UK stakeholders. You will gather and translate business needs into clear functional documentation and support the agile development lifecycle.
The role requires 5+ years of BA experience, strong communication, and proficiency with BRDs/FRDs, user stories, and data flows. Bachelor’s degree and real estate/CRM domain experience are a plus.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with international stakeholders in a night shift setup.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and proces flow diagrams.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.

- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage.
- Ensure requirements traceability and change management.
- Provide ongoing support during development and post-release phases.
