Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst with 2+ years of experience in data quality assurance, validation, and review. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data used across data analysis, data entry, and invoicing processes. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, understands financial and operational data, and can work closely with data, finance, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Data Quality & Validation
Review and validate the daily/weekly/monthly deliverables by data entry and data analyst teams for accuracy and completeness.
Perform regular data audits to identify discrepancies, duplicates, or missing information.
Ensure data consistency across multiple processes and reports.
Review invoices for accuracy, calculations, pricing, tax, and compliance with contracts or SLAs
Define and maintain data quality checklists and validation rules.
Circulate the QA reports on a weekly basis.
Process & Reporting
Document QA findings, errors, and corrective actions
Track recurring issues and recommend process improvements
Prepare QA reports and metrics related to data accuracy and billing errors
Work closely with finance, operations, and analytics teams to resolve issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in QA, data validation, invoicing
Strong knowledge of data accuracy, reconciliation, and quality control processes
Experience working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) – formulas, pivots, lookups
Familiarity with invoicing, billing, or financial data processes
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work with large data sets and meet deadlines
Good written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Basic SQL or data querying skills
Experience creating SOPs and QA documentation
Understanding of compliance or audit requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
