Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process largevolumes of data using Microsoft Excel and SQL with high accuracy.
• Running data reportsacross multiple applications and reconciling to ensure data accuracy
• Prepare, run, anddistribute multiple periodic and ad-hoc reports as required by the team.
• Validate and assessresource quality and productivity using production, quality trackers andperformance analysis.
• Analyze trends,productivity metrics, and performance gaps, and share actionable insightswith the team members.
• Automate reports andtrackers using Advanced Excel features, including Macros and VBA, to improve efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity,consistency, and compliance with internal reporting standards.
• Coordinate withoperations and management teams to address data discrepancies andreporting requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Excel, including Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Macros, andVBA.
• Proven experience inhandling large datasets and generating MIS reports.
• Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
