Job summary

Arting Digital Private Limited is seeking a capable Business Analyst – Post Sales in Jaipur to manage end-to-end client interactions, document requirements, and own deliverables.

You will coordinate with Development, QA, UI/UX, and Project Management teams, handle client escalations, prepare BRDs/FRDs, and ensure timelines are met while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Client Handling, Post-Sales, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Good understanding of SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Manage client communication, meetings, follow-ups, and relationships.
• Handle client escalations and drive issues through to resolution.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and document business requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, meeting notes, and process flows.
• Own client deliverables, timelines, and commitments.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, UI/UX, Design, and Project Management teams.
• Bridge communication between clients and internal technical teams.
• Proactively identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and potential issues.
• Manage multiple clients, priorities, and deliverables independently.

Key Responsibilities
