Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Business Analysis or Pre‑Sales role in an IT company.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and business objectives during discovery calls and meetings.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements for the development team.
• Prepare project proposals, solution documents, and requirement specifications.
• Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, demos, and technical documentation.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support business opportunities.
• Work closely with sales, project managers, and development teams to define project scope.
• Create business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), and workflow diagrams.
• Support the sales team in cost estimation and project planning.
• Participate in client discussions, requirement gathering, and solution explanation.
• Help convert leads into projects by presenting clear and structured solutions.
