Job summary

Arting Digital Private Limited, Jaipur, seeks a Business Analyst – Post Sales with 2.5 to 3+ years of experience to manage client communications, requirements, and post-sales activities across multiple clients.

You will document BRDs/FRDs, user stories, and process flows, coordinate with Development, QA, UI/UX, and Project Management, and own deliverables and timelines while handling international/US-based clients preferred. Strong SDLC understanding required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Client Handling, Post-Sales, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document business requirements clearly.
• Good understanding of SDLC and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage client communication, meetings, follow-ups, and relationships.
• Handle client escalations and drive issues through to resolution.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and document business requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, meeting notes, and process flows.
• Own client deliverables, timelines, and commitments.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, UI/UX, Design, and Project Management teams.
• Bridge communication between clients and internal technical teams.
• Proactively identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and potential issues.
• Manage multiple clients, priorities, and deliverables independently.

• Knowledge of EMR/EHR, medical billing, telemedicine , or related healthcare technologies.
