Job summary

Embitel Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Healthcare domain expertise to bridge business needs and technology solutions, focusing on payer/provider systems, EHR/EMR, and regulatory compliance.

The candidate will document requirements, facilitate workshops, and ensure successful delivery through UAT and change management, while collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare domain.
• Strong understanding of Healthcare systems (Payer/Provider).
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, ICD/CPT coding.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement walkthroughs.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful delivery.
• Manage change requests and maintain requirement traceability.
