Qualifications

• Experience as a Business System Analyst/Business Analyst.
• Hands-on SQL and NoSQL database experience.
• Domain expertise in US Healthcare (Claims, Enrollment, Eligibility, Provider, Payer, or Clinical systems).
• Understanding of underwriting rules and decision logic.
• Experience with UAT testing, test planning, and defect tracking.
• Proficient in gathering requirements, BRD/FRD, user stories and functional specs.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum and SDLC processes.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML and system integrations.
• Proficient with JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Visio; strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, development, QA, and product teams throughout SDLC.
