Job summary

Hashout Software Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead enterprise digital transformation and MarTech initiatives. You will gather requirements, document processes, and coordinate with business and technical teams to drive successful delivery.

The role covers creating BRDs/FRDs, collaborating with product and UX teams, and translating business needs into actionable specifications within an Agile setup, often coordinating with global teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CX, MarTech, CMS, or digital transformation projects.
• Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS platforms.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• AEM / Adobe Experience Cloud experience will be an added advantage.
