Job summary

Acesoft Labs in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Business Analyst to design and implement complex analysis plans and drive process improvements. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing managers, Tech Leads and Architects to translate business needs into actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.

You will work with UX designers to deliver flows, wireframes and mockups and collaborate with testing teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience with Web apps or Enterprise Content Management systems like AEM, Service Layer, UiPath, AWS.

Responsibilities

• Capture business requirements from Product Managers/Owners and translate them into user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with UX designers to drive user flows, wireframes and mockups.
• Coordinate with testing teams to ensure requirements are understood and validated.
• Identify objectives, risks and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and prioritize feature requests, bugs and enhancements.

Develops and implements complex business analysis plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives. Collaborates with clients to modify or tailor existing analysis or reports to meet their specific needs or identifies solutions to non-standard tasks/queries. Develops metrics, collects data to identify root cause of problems, measures performance against process requirements and performs cost and benefit analyses. 7-10 years of experience From the attachment

• Work closely with business collabora. tors such as Product Managers/Owners, Marketing managers, Technical Leads and Architects to captures the business requirements, translate them to user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Act as liaison between business collaborators and technical development teams.
• Responsible for identifying project objectives, risks and understanding business needs.
• Responsible for project communication, documentation and ensure appropriate collaborator sign-off is taking for each project.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of multi-functional teamwork within the organization's Agile project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the UX designers to driver and deliver user flows, wireframe and mockups.
• Lead or participate in Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, Sprint demos to the collaborators.
• Coordinate with Product managers to triage, prioritize feature requests, bugs and defects and other development enhancements.
• Breaks down complex requirements into user stories written from business perspective that can be developed and tested in Sprint iteration.
• Collaborate with the testing team (functional, independent validation and verification and user acceptance) to ensure requirements are understood as per the business requirements.
