Job summary

Multiplier AI is seeking an experienced Business Analyst focused on Life Sciences and G&A data platforms. The role requires deep G&A domain knowledge and hands-on experience with enterprise data platforms to drive end-to-end requirements and insight delivery in highly regulated environments.

Role involves writing BRDs/FRDs, collaborating with Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, and Compliance teams, and managing senior stakeholders across business and IT.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of Business Analyst experience with at least 4 years in Life Sciences.
• Experience across G&A subdomains: Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, and Compliance.
• Hands-on with enterprise data platforms (data lakes/warehouses/MDM/EDB architectures).
• Skilled in writing user stories, process flows, data flow diagrams, BRDs/FRDs.
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge; experience with JIRA/Confluence.
• Familiar with BI/analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau/SAP Analytics Cloud).
• Understanding data governance including lineage, quality, master data, metadata.

Responsibilities

Requirements
