Job summary

Golden Opportunities in Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned Life Sciences consulting professional to lead client engagements in manufacturing of APIs, small molecules and biologics, focusing on GMP compliance and digital enablement.

The role requires strong communication, ability to shape multi-year transformation roadmaps for MES/EBR/ELN/QMS/PLM and shop-floor digital initiatives, plus experience in business analysis, agile PM, or management consulting.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting engagements in Lifesciences manufacturing.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or in Agile PM roles or management consulting.
• Experience leading client discussions/projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience supporting business activities like thought leadership, POVs, RFPs & RFIs.
• Lead client engagements on manufacturing excellence and digital enablement strategies (MES/EBR/ELN).
• Define long-term transformation roadmaps covering MES/EBR/ELN/QMS/PLM and shop-floor digital (IoT, eRecords).
• Design process maps and recommend GMP/regulatory-aligned improvements.
