Job summary

Truetech Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for Pharma/Medical Affairs to join our team in India. You will lead end-to-end requirements, drive BRDs/FRDs, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across IT, QA, and Business in a SDLC environment.

The role requires 10+ years as a BA, 5+ years in Pharma/Life Sciences, and strong communication skills to manage stakeholders and ensure successful requirement validation and UAT support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Business Analyst.
• 5+ years BA experience in Pharma/Life Sciences.
• Medical Affairs experience mandatory.
• Own and drive end-to-end requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, IT, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Support UAT, requirement validation, and solution delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
