Job summary

Multiplier AI seeks an experienced Business Analyst with Life Sciences and G&A data platforms expertise. You will drive end-to-end requirements, BRDs/FRDs, and stakeholder alignment across regulated environments.

In this role, you will work with enterprise data platforms (data lakes/warehouses, MDM, EDB) and BI tools, delivering analytics-driven insights for Finance, HR, Procurement, and Compliance teams in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of Business Analyst experience, with at least 4 years in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Biotech.
• Demonstrable experience across G&A subdomains: Finance (GL, AP/AR, FP&A, cost management), HR (workforce analytics, talent data), and/or Procurement.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise data platforms - data lakes, data warehouses, MDM, or EDB architectures.
• Proficiency in writing user stories, process flows data flow diagrams, and BRDs/FRDs.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum; experience with JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
• Familiarity with BI/analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Understanding of data governance: data lineage, data quality, master data, and metadata management.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to manage senior stakeholders across business and IT.
